    Strawberry ​& Champange​​ Gelato

    If there is anything I've learned from watching Pretty Woman 50 million times, its that you should ALWAYS let someone shop and that strawberries bring out the flavor in champagne.

    You know that scene where Richard Gere brings Julia Roberts back to his hotel and he's trying to entertain her so he orders up Champagne and strawberries? Of course, you do, you're human and it's a great movie.

    Well, Richard Gere was totally right, strawberries and champagne are an AMAZING combination! And let me tell you this strawberry and champagne gelato is so delicious....... and heavenly..... and bubbly............ and creamy...........and sugary. It's one-half cocktail one half ice cream, some of the best things in the universe. So do not hesitate, make this immediatly.

    Strawberry and Champagne Gelato

    Ingredients

    Scale
    1. 1 package of strawberries with their tops removed (about 2 cups)
    2. 1/2 cup sugar
    3. 3/4 cup champagne 
    4. 1/2 cup heavy cream

    Instructions

    1. Puree strawberries and sugar together in a food processor or blender
    2. Mix in champagne and cream
    3. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and mix for 30 minutes
