Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of strawberries with their tops removed (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup champagne
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Puree strawberries and sugar together in a food processor or blender
- Mix in champagne and cream
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and mix for 30 minutes
