This easy classic Pimm's Cup recipe is a seriously refreshing cocktail that combines the gin-based fruit liqueur Pimm's with lemon soda and fresh fruit.

This cocktail is light, fruity, and feels like a dressed-up and more botanical lemonade! It's perfect for summer and is best enjoyed out in the sun.

Why you will love this cocktail:

Pimm's Cup is served everywhere in England during the summer months, with good reason; it's sweet, fruity, and refreshing! The Pimm's recipe is a closely guarded secret, but it is gin and fruit-based and tastes like a fruity gin syrup.

To me, this cocktail feels like a lemonade sangria, and I love a good sangria. Just check out this Grapefruit Rosé Sangria.

    Key Ingriedients:

Pimm's No. 1 - this Brtish gin and fruit-based liqueur is the cocktail's base.

Lemon Juice - fresh lemon juice cuts the sweetness of the liqueur.

Sprite or Sparkling Lemonade - this gives the cocktail its sweet lemony, and fizzy goodness. For the recipe, I used Sprite but feel free to use sparkling lemonade as well.

    How To Make This Recipe:

This recipe is so simple to make; it's as easy as mixing all the ingredients together and serving!

    1. Add the Pimm's to a mixing glass.
    2. Followed by the lemon juice.
    3. Add in the Sprite or sparkling lemonade.
    4. Pour into a glass with ice and sliced strawberries and cucumbers.

    Tips and tricks:

This recipe is so easy and classic, but there are a few tricks that you can do to adjust the recipe to your liking.

    1. Make a pitcher for a Pimm's Punch that serves a group. This recipe serves two, so for a pitcher with eight drinks, do 12 ounces Pimm's, 4 ounces lemon juice, and 6 cups Sprite. Don't forget to add loads of garnishes!
    2. Switch up your garnishes! Lemons, oranges, and blackberries are also delicious in this cocktail.
