    Spicy Frozen Sauvignon Blanc

There’s a bold, refreshing new frozen cocktail in town, and it’s the Spicy Frozen Sauvignon Blanc, or the Frozignon Blanc. If you’ve been seeing the viral frozen jalapeño Sauvignon Blanc all over your feed, this is the next-level version. Instead of just tossing a few jalapeño slices into your glass, we’re blending frozen Sauvignon Blanc ice cubes with agave syrup, lime juice, cucumber, and jalapeño for a fresh, citrusy, spicy slushie made for summer.

A small glass of frozen Sauvignon Blanc on a pink marble table and garnished with a gold straw, mint, and jalapeño.

It’s the perfect fusion of zesty lime, garden-fresh cucumber, subtle sweetness, and just enough heat to keep it interesting. Think spa water meets spicy margarita meets frozen wine—and yes, it totally works. Its also perect to serve along with my other favorite frozen cocktails, this Frozen Old Fashioned, and this Bourbon Slush with Peach and Hot Honey.

⭐ WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE

    • TikTok meets real cocktail: This isn’t just a trend—it’s a flavorful, blended cocktail experience.
    • Perfect for summer sipping: It’s cold, citrusy, slightly sweet, and just spicy enough—ideal for porch hangs or pool parties.
    • Prep-friendly: Freeze your wine in advance and you’re just one blend away from your next favorite cocktail.

    Key Ingredients

A flat lay of all the ingredients on a pink marble table.
    • Sauvignon Blanc: Go for a bright, citrus-forward bottle—avoid anything too oaky or sweet.
    • Jalapeño: Adds a fresh, spicy edge. Use more or less depending on your heat tolerance.
    • Lime Juice: Brings acidity and balance.
    • Agave Syrup: Just enough sweetness to smooth everything out.
    • Cucumber: Adds clean, cooling flavor that pairs perfectly with the spice.

    See recipe card for quantities.

the frozen Sauvignon Blanc ice cubes have been added to the blender.

    💡 EXPERT TIPS

    • Use silicone ice cube trays for easy wine removal.
    • Freeze wine overnight for the perfect slushie texture.
    • Tone down the heat by removing jalapeño seeds or using fewer slices.

    About Pate

Hi! I'm Pate, the blogger, recipe developer, and photographer behind The G&M Kitchen!

Raised in the heart of Kentucky, I come from a long line of passionate cooks and bakers. The kitchen was always the heart of our home, where we transformed vegetables into delightful dishes and crafted pies and cakes that emerged from the oven. This tradition of coming together through food and cooking inspired the name of my blog, The G&M Kitchen – 'G' for my father's family, the Giltners, and 'M' for my mother's family, the Millers.

I also believe if a recipe is missing something, it's probably bourbon.
