If you love the traditional Aperol Spritz, this Strawberry Aperol Spritz will be a fun addition to your cocktail rotation! It's all the great taste of the beloved version but with a wonderful hit of strawberry!


  1. 3 oz prosecco
  2. 2 oz Aperol
  3. 2 oz strawberry syrup
  4. 1 oz sparkling water


  1. Make flower ice by freezing edible flowers with water in an ice cube tray.
  2. Add the ice, prosecco, Aperol, strawberry syrup, and sparkling water to the glass in that order.
  3. Stir and garnish with an orange slice and strawberry.
