Description

This bourbon-spiked apple cider mimosa is the perfect way to start Thanksgiving celebrations! Apple cider and champagne are balanced with bourbon's deep earthy sweetness, making this the best fall cocktail!


Ingredients

  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine
  • About 3 tablespoons brown sugar for the rim

Instructions

  1. Start by rimming the champagne flutes with brown sugar. Then add 1 ounce of bourbon.
  2. Followed by the apple cider.
  3. Then top off with sparkling wine!
  4. Garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seeds, and rosemary.

Notes

To achieve the sugar rim pictured, dip your finger or a pastry brush in simple syrup, honey, maple syrup, or agave and brush the sticky liquid into a long diamond shape one side of the glass.
