- 1 oz bourbon
- 2 oz apple cider
- 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine
- About 3 tablespoons brown sugar for the rim
Instructions
- Start by rimming the champagne flutes with brown sugar. Then add 1 ounce of bourbon.
- Followed by the apple cider.
- Then top off with sparkling wine!
- Garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seeds, and rosemary.
Notes
To achieve the sugar rim pictured, dip your finger or a pastry brush in simple syrup, honey, maple syrup, or agave and brush the sticky liquid into a long diamond shape one side of the glass.
