This classic cocktail from 1920s Paris is essentially a negroni with bourbon whiskey instead of gin, so it is perfect for negroni and bourbon lovers! This version of the bourbon boulevardier cocktail is like a warm and sweet negroni with just a touch of Campari bitterness.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 ounces Bourbon (preferably Angels Envy)
- 3/4 ounces Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Campari
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add the 1 1/2 ounces of bourbon, 3/4 ounces sweet vermouth, and 1/2 ounce of Campari. Stir to combine and to dilute slightly.
- Pour into a Negroni or rocks glass with ice.
- Express an orange peel over the drink, then add the peel as a garnish.
