Description
This Bisquick Blueberry cobbler is made with sweet honey and cream drop biscuits and fresh blueberries seasoned with lemon and cinnamon.

For the berry mixture
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 almond
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
For the drop biscuits
- 2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted + 2 more for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Make the berry mixture by combining the blueberries with lemon juice, zest, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and extracts. Set the mixture aside.
- Next, make the drop biscuits but combining the Bisquick, lemon zest, sugar, honey, and cream. Stir until a dough forms.
- Transfer the berries to a 1.8-2 quart baking dish and then scoop the dough on top of the berries.
- Brush with melted butter and bake for 50 minutes.
