In a food processor or large blender, blend the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, dill, green onion, parsley, pickles, and pickle juice.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Once melted, add in the panko bread crumbs and cook until toasted and lightly browned.
