These blueberry biscuits combine tart and sweet frozen blueberries with soft and flakey biscuits!
Ingredients

- 1/'2 cup butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup frozen blueberries - preferably Wyman's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and make the biscuits.
- Add the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to a medium bowl.Β
- Cut the butter into the flour mixure.
- Add in the milk and honey and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly dusted surface.
- Roll and fold the dough. Dust flour between the layers if the dough is too wet.
- Cut out your biscuits and place them right next to each other on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are browned.Β
Notes
- If the dough is too wet from the blueberries, keep dusting in more flour.
