- 2 ounces Irish Whiskey
- 1 ounce dill pickle brine
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
Instructions
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker
- Then add the whiskey, pickle brine, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup and shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with mint and a pickle spear.
