Ingredients

2 ounces Irish Whiskey
1 ounce dill pickle brine
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

Add ice to a cocktail shaker
Then add the whiskey, pickle brine, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Garnish with mint and a pickle spear.
