Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce lavender syrup
- 1 1/2 ounce brewed Earl Grey tea (1 tea bag and 1 cup boiling water)
- 2-3 drops lemon bitters
Instructions
- Start by brewing the tea. For a strong flavor, I added 1 tea bag to 1 cup of boiling water and let it brew infuse for 5 minutes.
- Add ice to a rocks glass and top with 1 1/2 ounce bourbon and 1/2 ounce lavender syrup.
- Then add 1 1/2 ounce cooled tea and 2-3 drops of lemon bitters.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and lavender.
