- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Irish Cream
- 1 1/2 ounce (1 shot) espresso
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Instructions
- Brew your espresso.
- Add ice to a shaker and top it with Irish whiskey, Baileys, espresso, and
- simple syrup. Shake it for 30 seconds and pour it into coupe glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint and three espresso beans.
