Description

This creamy and frothy Irish Espresso Martini combines espresso, Irish Whiskey, and Irish Cream for the perfect St. Patrick's Day cocktail! 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 ounce (1 shot) espresso
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso.
  2. Add ice to a shaker and top it with Irish whiskey, Baileys, espresso, and 
  3. simple syrup. Shake it for 30 seconds and pour it into coupe glasses. 
  4. Garnish with fresh mint and three espresso beans.
