- 1 bag of microwave buttered popcorn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup raisnests
- sea salt for spinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- While the oven is heating pop the bag of popcorn in the microwave.
- Then cream together the butter and the two sugars in with a mixer until fluffy and well mixed.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add the flour,baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined.
- Then fold in 1/2 the bag of popcorn (should be about 4 cups) until well dispersed.
- Finally, add the raisinets and until evenly dispersed.
- Using a tablespoon scoop out cookie dough onto two baking sheets. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 13 minutes.
