This bourbon slush with peach and hot honey is the ultimate cool and spicy treat for summer! It combines frozen peaches, bourbon, bitters, hot honey, basil, a dash of Tajin, and ice blended until smooth and creamy. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches 
  • 2 ounces bourbon 
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 ounce hot honey 
  • 1 basil leaf
  • Dash of Tajin 
  • 1 oz water 
  • 1 cup ice 

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of frozen peaches to a blender. 
  2. Top with 2 ounces of bourbon, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, 1 basil leaf, a large dash of Tajin, and 1/2 ounce of hot honey. 
  3. Top with 1 ounce water and 1 cup ice.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with more tajin and basil.
