This is a light and spritzy take on the classic Boulevardier from 1920s Paris! This Boulevardier Spritz is a negroni with bourbon whiskey instead of gin and is topped with tonic or soda water, so it's super bubbly and refreshing for summer!

- 1 1/2 ounces Bourbon (preferably Angels Envy)
- 3/4 ounces Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 2-3 ounces of tonic or soda water, depending on personal preference
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the 1 1/2 ounces of Bourbon, 3/4 ounces sweet vermouth, and 1/2 ounce of Campari. Stir to combine and to dilute slightly.
- Top with tonic or soda water and stir.
- Finish the drink with an orange slice.
