This apple cider, prosecco, and bourbon punch is full of Fall and Holiday flavors! It's apple cider, bourbon, orange juice, spiced cinnamon rosemary simple syrup, and sparkling wine! 


Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6-8 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 star anise
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 1/2 cups bourbon
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau


  1. (Optional) Make the festive ice by freezing water in a bunt pan for 24 hours. Add the ice to a punch bowl.
  2. Make the simple syrup by combining the water, sugar, spices, and rosemary in a small pot and heating until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the apple cider, bourbon, orange juice, and orange liqueur to the punch bowl. 
  4. Add in the cooled syrup and then top with sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with apple and orange slices.
