- 2 ounces gin
- fresh dill sprigs
- dash of pink peppercorns
- 1 1/2 ounces pickle brine
- 2-3 ounces tonic water
Instructions
- Start by adding 1 sprig of fresh thyme and a pinch of ground pink peppercorns to a glass.
- Top with 2 ounces of gin and muddle the dill.
- Top with 1 1/2 ounces of pickle brine.
- Fill the glass with ice and top it with 2-3 ounces of tonic water. Then garnish with more fresh dill and a pickle.
