This autumnal Apple Crisp Mule is a spin on the classic mule and brings together smooth bourbon, fresh lemon juice, a warm rosemary cinnamon simple syrup, and Olipop’s Apple Crisp soda for a fizzy, spiced, and perfectly balanced drink that tastes like your favorite fall dessert, only boozier.
Ingredients
🍁 ROSEMARY CINNAMON SIMPLE SYRUP

1 cup light brown sugar

3 rosemary sprigs
🥂 COCKTAIL:

2 oz bourbon

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 to 1/2 oz rosemary cinnamon simple syrup (to taste)

4 oz Ollipop Apple Crisp soda

3 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Start by making the cinnamon rosemary syrup: Simmer all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and let cool completely before using. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Then add 2 ounces of bourbon, juice from 1/2 lemon, and 1/4-1/2 ounce of the simple syrup to a large rocks or Collins glass filled with ice.
- Then top with 4 ounces of Olipop Apple Crisp.
- Garnish with rosemary, cinnamon, and apple slices.
