If there ever was a drink that instantly transported the drinker to a rooftop Italian garden, the Aperol Spritz would be it. It's the perfect summer drink and it makes you feel like you are surrounded by an intense summer sun, the ocean, tons herbs, and lots of people saying lovely Italian things to you like "CIAO", "BUONA SERA", and "TI VOGLIO BENE.". It originated around Venice Italy and is the combination of Prosecco and Aperol. Its simple, sweet, and practically perfect in every way!

    Here's what you need:

    2oz Prosecco

    1 1/2 oz Aperol

    Dash of tonic water

    Here's what you do:

Pour indigents into a glass over ice, stir and serve with an orange slice.
